SHIPPING COSTS 

We offer $20 flat rate ground shipping on 1 case, with no additional shipping charge for a second case ordered.  We offer $40 flat rate ground shipping on 3 cases, with no additional shipping charge for a fourth case ordered. We offer $60 flat rate ground shipping on 5 cases, with no additional shipping charge for a sixth case ordered.


All discounts associated with shipping apply to ground shipping only. At this time we only ship cocktails within the United States.

 

SHOPPING FOR COCKTAILS & FULFILLMENT OF ORDERS 

Please be advised that order payment processing and order fulfillment are facilitated through a 3rd party retailer.

Day Chaser does not sell, offer to sell or solicit sales of alcohol through daychaser.com. Day Chaser markets cocktails on its website. Day Chaser’s service enables you to search online for spirits available for sale by a licensed alcohol retailer. Through this website, you learn about the spirit, including its price. The offer to purchase the cocktails ultimately is from the Retailer. If you decide to purchase the cocktails, you make the payment to the Retailer and the Retailer fulfills your order, including the delivery of the purchased cocktails. This arrangement is not meant to facilitate any improper furnishing of inducements by any manufacturer, importer, supplier, wholesaler or distributor of cocktails to any retailer of alcoholic beverages or to facilitate any improper exclusionary practices by any alcohol beverage licensee. This service may be limited or not available at all in some places due to local law or other restrictions.

NOTE: ALL SHIPMENTS CONTAINING ALCOHOL REQUIRE AN ADULT (21 YEARS OR OLDER) SIGNATURE UPON DELIVERY!

Please plan accordingly by entering a shipping address and date that will allow someone 21 years or older to be available in person to sign for the package, and by keeping a valid form of ID on hand.

Carriers will not leave packages containing alcohol unattended, even if you have a signature on file. If you are not able to be at home to receive your cocktails during normal business hours, we recommend having it shipped to your place of work, or opting to have your shipment held at the nearest FedEx or UPS pick-up location.

Cocktails will not be delivered to a visibly intoxicated person.

 

SHIPPING TIMEFRAME & TRACKING 

It is our goal to fulfill and ship all orders as soon as possible.  When your order is successfully created, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. After order creation, warehouse fulfillment time is up to 3 business days. For example, an order placed after 2 pm on Friday may not be fulfilled until the following Wednesday morning due to weekend closures. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive another email with the tracking details.

Customers will be notified of product out-of-stock issues or other issues like weather that may cause delays in shipment.

Current carrier transit time (excludes weekends, which may add additional days depending on the day the order ships) is anticipated as follows:

  • Northeast: 2-4 business days
  • Midwest: 3-5 business days
  • Southeast: 4-7 business days
  • West: 6-9 business days

WEATHER 

Day Chaser and Retailer assumes no liability for products damaged due to poor weather during transport or delayed delivery. Please check weather conditions prior to order and ensure that someone will be available to receive the cocktails upon delivery. The most frequent cause of damaged cocktails is due to multiple delivery attempts. Please monitor your package tracking to ensure on-time delivery.

At Day Chaser our goal is to provide you with great cocktails at an unbeatable price. If you are not satisfied with your online order, please contact shop@daychaser.com to explain the reasons for your dissatisfaction. We do our best to respond to all customer service issues within 24 hours.

We unfortunately are unable to accept returns.
